Will this kit work with my current exhaust diameter?

This kit is sized for tubing with an outer diameter between 2.5" and 2.65". Measure your existing or planned exhaust OD before ordering to confirm fit. If you're on the edge of that range, test-fit before final installation.

Does this need to be painted or treated before install?

Mild steel will oxidize over time when exposed to exhaust heat and moisture. Most builders prime and paint the system or apply high-temp coating before hanging it. Leave time for curing before running the engine.

What mounting hardware comes with the kit?

The kit includes the 16-pipe assembly. You'll need to source or use existing hangers, clamps, and fasteners appropriate to your vehicle's chassis and mounting points.
