Will this plug directly into my vehicle's harness?

OEM mirrors use factory connectors, so electrical integration depends on your exact donor vehicle and what's currently on your Mazda 3. Test the connector fit before committing — you may need a rewire or adapter harness if the original wiring was deleted.

Does this come with mounting hardware?
