This Queen Murphy Bed can be slept on every night. The bed folds up and down safely thanks to the dual piston system. Accommodates most standard Queen mattresses (8-12 inches thick, 45-90 lb, 60 x 80 inches) and supports up to 1000 lb (including mattress). The open bed extends 93 inches from the wall. Assign a clearance of 30 to 36 inches around the open bed. The cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum ceiling height of 90. 4 inches. Shelving Unit offers 2 fixed and 3 adjustable shelves that can hold up to 30 lb each. Storage Cabinet offers 1 fixed and 2 adjustable shelves,1 pull-out shelf that can serve as a nightstand, and 2 drawers. This product is NOT available for White Glove Delivery and Assembly.

For installation and to avoid risk of injury, we recommend a minimum of 2 people install or the use of a professional or qualified person with knowledge of the wall structure, studs, and components. Bed may be attached to wood studs, metal studs, or masonry wall structures; masonry requires use of concrete screws (not provided).
