Excsep® SCB-C18 column is made of ultra-high purity and ultra-high mechanical strength spherical chromatography bare silica gel, manufactured by OneTwo Chromatography Technology's unique surface modification technology. The side chain is modified with steric hindrance groups to protect and greatly reduce the C18 hydrolysis of alkyl chains. It is suitable for highly acidic conditions and a high proportion of aqueous phase conditions and is suitable for the analysis of a variety of antibiotics, etc.
